The magnificent Possessió is historically documented as one of the eldest estates in Mallorca and of particular value in terms of water resources thanks to its location near the emblematic Fonts Ufanes.
The land occupies about 72 hectares, including 11.5 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares of olive groves and the rest of the mountain up to 372 metres above sea level.

A lot of of the 2000 square metre south-facing Possessió was built in the 18th century around a central courtyard and on a hill with spectacular views over the vineyard and the natural surroundings. The farm is located in one of the most beautiful valleys and near the town of Campanet, on the old road that connected this town with Pollença. It is 35 minutes from the airport and the center of Palma and 15 minutes from the beaches of northern Mallorca, in an idyllic setting in the Serra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011.
The land dedicated to the olive grove extends to the mountain and covers about 20 hectares. It contains centuries-old olive and carob trees that are regularly harvested for the production of extra virgin olive oil.
A small herd of Dexter cattle has also been established and a perimeter wall has been fenced between the olive grove, vineyard and game enclosure.
